As A visitor from England, I am disgusted with your service. I am totally shocked at the uncaring attitude of the staff at the fourways mall shop in South Africa. I requested R59.00 data for my Blackberry. I have been given R59.00 data time which does not work on the Blackberry. After going back to them, Able - the store manager, said it can't be reversed or changed to the correct bundle. I have since visited 2 other vodacom shops Northgate and Cresta, who have told me that this is incorrect and it can be changed. I am shocked at the bad manner of Abel and his staff who sneered at me and told me to "just buy more." I will never return to that shop or use Vodacom again.
