I have been billed for OUT of Rate data when in fact I had paid for a data bundle and the balance / unused portion of data was supposed to be carried over for the next month. The Fourways shop keep passing the buck by just saying it will be sorted out? I have contacted the main call centre but they say I must follow up with the shop. This is NOT my fault but I am been inconvenienced by incorrect billing amounts and have spent four hours of my own time at the shop / on the phone.
