I managed to settle my account with vodacom and closed it. now the problem is that on ITC it still reflect as if am still owing. i have called vodacom call centres requsting a settlement letter but nothing was sent on my email.. they keep on neglecting me and making empty promises. it has been a month now and when i go to one of their centres they give me the same call centre number that is useless. please help me. i need the settlement letter so that i can be gt=ranted a home loan.
