I never thought it was possible that you could still get such excellent service from a call centre. I call Vodacom on the evening of12.09.2013 because I had a problem with my BIS and network, and I was dreading having to phone the call centre cause you always get service. But this time I spoke to Linley who went through the entire process of fixing the problem explaining every step, and even called me back after I had to reboot my phone to check if it was working. I was extremely impressed I wish all call centres had more people like him.
