Transfer of ADSL line to new location

TELKOM is pathetic, Been waiting over a month now for my Telkom line to be transferred to my new home address. First they have wrong address after giving it to your staff several times. Then they can't find place, then yesterday they tell me the technician was coming and he couldn't find our house... No phone call received nothing, Really Google Maps or pick up the phone and phone me ask for directions this is pathetic service!!! And then you send me a bill for November but I don't have a line, what the, I should be sending TELKOM a bill!!!
