Shocking lack of service

I applied for my current line to be changed to a ADSL line. I waited for over 3 months for the same thing at a different address and after that nightmare I was promised by telkom that it was a once off and would never happen again. To no surprise, I am at the same point with another house, this time 4 months waiting for telkom to give me an ADSL line. Simple as it is, telkom is not capable of providing a service that it offers, purely because they are incompetent. The forms were filled in 4 months ago, it took the technician two months to get out to the house only to turn round and inform me that the address did not match the paperwork. No surprise, telkom allocated my neighbour's address to my phone. Funny that the phone bill and the request for ADSL has the correct address yet they still manage to make a up on it - only telkom can be this useless. After all this, I am still without ADSL and waiting for them to sort out their own mistake. Are all south african's entitle to this type of shocking service from such a large company or am I just honoured. Still waiting for my line...
