I received a phonecall at the beginning of November 2013 confirming that my 2 contracts were due for an upgrade, the consultant went through the upgrade process and confirmed that I would receive my phones in the same week actually before Friday.
I have been awaiting since with no phone call or notification via sms that there were any delays. I am extremely disappointed in the way this is being handled and as a loyal customer of Virgin, this is really poor service.
