I had recently upgraded to a galaxy note 3, and within the 1st week i had some freezing issues, I said i would like to cancel my upgrade and look into a different phone, yet they declined saying that they would not cancel it and that nothing was wrong with the phone. They will test the phone for 5 minutes and say all is well, I've been an MTN customer since my first phone, i have got 3 contracts with MTN but this is the treatment so called loyal customers receive, If MTN does not cancel my upgrade, i simply will not pay a cent for any contracts at all.
