My husband received a sms from telkom stating our acc is in arrears after he waited a whole month for the bill to come. they normally send the acc via sms or email but it never arrive. What do we do if they arent billing us at the correct time? We cannot keep doing their work for them. They did this previosly abt two or three months ago and they took a couple of calls to try and sort it out. We are working class people and are busy. Telkom is running a business and if they cant get their personnel to do their work on time why should we pay penalties for their ignorance. It has happened to us before. Maybe the are running a to get more money from people by not sending their acc on time and charging them penalties. Once is a mistake but common U cant be that stupid to keep making the same mistakes over and over again. Someone isnt doing their job and causing us distress. we dont have money growing on trees to keep paying for their so called mistakes. Something needs to be done. If telkom cant do their job maybe they should give another company the job. I am fustrated with them and their dont care attitude and always passing the buck.
