UPGRADED ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR SIGNATURE

I'm so furious with Virgin mobile. They deducted R2118.10 from my account last night, after I ported to Vodacom 2 months ago, due to the fact that their sales people are untruth full. My contract of 2 years ended round about April 2013, and because my husband bought me a phone for Christmas, I decided not to upgrade this year. Zanele called me and asked me if I like to upgrade. I said to her I'll think about it, just send me a mail with the type of phones that I could upgrade to. A few days later I was called again and asked if I would like to upgrade and I said NO. A month later I kept on paying R321 and my airtime suddenly got cut by a R100. For 2 months I logged queries on the website and no response. Also called and the I get told they'll call me back. On the 1 August for no reason R620 gets deducted from my account also. No one knows why at Virgin and then it came out that a upgrade were done on my name, but I never received a phone or gave permission for it. So I've been paying for an upgrade for a few months and has not received one single statement from Virgin mobile this year. NOW R2118.10 for What??? Were never behind on my payments. So why? For an Upgrade I never GOT.
