I had a contract with MTN for 4yrs in total, I decided not to renew the contract this year as I'm unemployed, I had 2 numbers 0718728869 and 0718728870, to my surprise the number 0718728870 was recylcled, I have that number on my CVs too.
I need my number back.
MTN says the number is registered in my name and was not recyled then why is someone else using that number??
They also said that because I am on prepaid now I must phone 173. So MTN customer services doesn't care about their prepaid customers.
