Incompetend, uninformed cheeky personnel

I had my mothers sim card on contract with One2One, on one of their "amazing" R50 topup deals, and the contract came to an end last year, November 2012. Her birthday is coming up and I want to use the same number that's she's using, to get a new phone with MTN. MTN confirms that this number cannot be ported to them as a new contract, as the number still reflects as a SME holder number, which is One2One. Now having to get this sorted, O2O needs to remove the number completely from their database, and then only we can port this number, as the number currently is on prepaid, RICA'd under my mothers name, BUT it still "belongs" to O2O until that day they remove her from their database. Nadia 2 times reffered me to rica, whilst I insisted to speak to the team leader Dylan, who avoided to speak to me as I was now lekker die in, wasting my time, energy and airtime. She blatently confirmed that the number is off the database until I spoke to the stand-by supervisors who confirmed that its on their database. Their service is pathetic, and they just cause problems wherever they go. Do not subscribe to their services, as they take over your number, and your life. U need new IQ's ne2One
