I was billed R28 unfairly off call-forwarding. Instead of billing from the free minutes I had, it consumed that much airtime in 10minutes, then disconnected. Second call came in, I was told that call wouldn't come through, but it did and billed out the free minutes.
I called customer services the same morning and explained, they, saying a complain was launched and I'd hear from their QA department within 48 hours, it didn't happen. I called again 3 days later, consultant (Nelisiwe) said she launched another complain and I'd get as SMS with reff no, that didn't happen as well. I have not heard from Vodacom since then, 3weeks down the line.
Did a poor loyal customer just got robbed??
R28 is a lot of airtime!!!
