I have been trying to cancell my telkom line since september as I took out a telkom simple plan i was told i would only be paying R399 per month as that was all i could afford the first month i was charge R900 rand no one had informed me that I would be paying prorater I had asked 2 call agents if they are sure all I pay per month is r399 they both assured me that that is all i would be paying. after i received my bill of 900 rand in september i called to cancel my subscription as i know from other people telkom does not do their jobs properly so i called to follow up on my cancellation another call agent told me that no cancellation had been put threw so i told them i would like to please cancel they told me itwas done i called again a few days after to follow up and it was still not done so i went into the telkom store on the bluff and they were just as useless i told them what had happen and all they did was send me to a phone to call telkom call centre again after that i was sure it had been cancelled until i received a phone call 3 weeks later to ask if im sure i want to cancel my line i received a sms today to say my acoount is been suspended!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
