8ta / Telkom Mobile
2nd Time consecutively

I have been double debited for the second month in a row...
my 8ta wifi got disconnected and i called the call centre they said my line is suspended for unpaid debits.
i paid the amount the lady Lizanne told me to R1313.01 and line became active (paid 22nd)
woke up this morning (26th) and they debited me R1313.01
i have mailed the billing dept and the lady lizanne to ask her to refund my amount.

i cant wait for another 5-10 days like the last time your'll made a F up because i have debit orders to run off

please speed up your mess up.
