Telkom account cancellation

I cancelled my telkom phone line and adsl on the 30th of October 2013. It is now the 1st of February and it still hasnt been done. I have been charged R500 every month still. Every time I call telkom I get a new reference number and a promise that it will be done yet there has been no progress. Some times when I call, they say they can see that I have called for the cancellation, yet on other calls they say there has been no order to cancel the line. Worst of all, I called telkom to cancel my debit order, they said it was done, yet they withdrew money from me today.
