They give you what they think you want, and complain, email, call does not matter. Sorry this is what we've got and you will pay, end of the story. I've been struggling with this since July and at the end of November there is still no solution to my problem. Speaking to the one MD, she offers you a charger as consolidation, really, sorry sweetheart, your miserable offer does nothing towards my account and being stuck with contracts for 2 years that I did not want in the first place and tolerating your companies and being stuck with incompetent people who does not want or have the inclination to put my call through to somebody who at least have the brains to understand me, let alone be able to assist me.
