DO NOT EVER GO TO NASHUA MOBILE - THEY ARE USELESS

I have been with Nashua Mobile for a number of years. I recently wanted to change my cell contract to another provider, the new provider's service was excellent. I thought it good to call Nashua Mobile, my current provider to enquire whether I can get the same deal from them. On the 30th of Dec 2013 I called the call centre and started the process, I was advised I can either get the phn from a Branch or in Midrand. i went to Midrand Branch. The lady @ Midrand told me that I will get a Travel pack, but dont have stock and will send it to the closest branch and that it consists of a Travel Charger, a Car Cell Phone holder and a Car charger (this was infront of a witness). when i received the pack the car phn holder wasn't part of the pack. the shop just shook sholders and said they cant help. I called the call centre to complain 6th of Jan and are still up to today i am struggling to have this sorted out how the can someone sort out a problem without help AND I AM STRUGGLING TO SORTOUT MY ACCOUNT - I KEEP GETTING CUTT OFF???
