INCOMPETENT!!!

I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with the service that Nashua Mobile offers! I will NEVER EVER renew my contract with Nashua Mobile ever again!

I was told in June 2013 that I would be able to upgrade my package. I was on an Everyday Day Off Peak 120 and wanted to upgrade my package to a Smart L. I was told my new contract package would be implemented from the 1 July 2013. When I received my bill on the 1st of August 2013, I saw that in actual fact they hadn't changed over my package. When I called I was told there was a "system error" and that my new contract will be implemented from the 1st of September 2013. I phoned this morning to see if my new contract has been implemented to be told that the consultant that I had spoken to previously had CANCELLED my upgrade request! What is going on NASHUA MOBILE?!?!?!?!?!?!?

You people have no idea how to do your jobs. Every consultant tells you a different story!!!

I am absolutely beyond frustrated! If we don't pay our bills, you people will be very quick to blacklist us yet you don't abide by your side of the contract!

Nashua Mobile is absolutely INCOMPETENT!
