VODACOM ARROGANCE DISINTEREST AND LACK OF RESPONSE

Vodacom smsed me on the 25 November 2013 bluntly telling me "my migration to the Smart S package was completed successfully". I have contacted Vodacom numerous times -twice to be ignored and lastly to get a logged call - sms detail S3-T953W-W3YWE DATED :12-12-2013 17:47:48 . They have changed terms and conditions of a contract without consultation. To date no response or interest from Vodacom after numerous calls and broken commitments from call centre staff.
I then had to contact them again on a 2nd matter - data on a prepaid card - 500mb used up on 2 skype calls over 4 days? they have asked for an investigation call log: S3-T9Y3C-CAV0M dated 18-12-2013 20:19:58. (strangely the compete transaction record has also disappeared?)
its the 21 Dec 2013 - no response to either complaint -lots of requests for my personal detail to verify!! but zero action response -apology -or explanation. I am tired of an the arrogant incompetent non service from a very expensive operator. Consumer Protection Act compliance seems not to matter either.
I am tired of waiting and wasting my time contacting a call centre that never responds. I demand answers from Vodacom management
