Good day I have contracts with Nasua mobile and I complained about not being able to open web pages like You tube and not being able to download music so she told me I must contact mtn, because they are the network, after long emails and I contacted mtn via e-mail (the e-mail Nashua gave me) to the network coverage complaints e-mail adress and they just send me mail and told me I must phone the help desk, I phone the help desk and the person just told me there is no problems with the network I spend half my day writing e-mails phoning incompetent helpdesk staff mtn and Nashua mobile. I have 3 contracts with you Naushua I have been your client for more than 20 years but as soon as my contract expires you will not see me again why must the client complain to other companies I don't have contracts with you are my servic provider I pay my money to you so why don't you want to sort out myproblems
