28.02 minutes and seconds on the 10210 number and no answer. I have been trying to cancel two lines for two weeks. Either the email addresses given don't exist or the number given is never answered.
Absolutely unacceptable and this is not a free number for me as I'm dialling from my mobile. Coming from a parastatal this is disgraceful.
