Incorrect Debit Dates

My account was debited on the 22/11/2013 after me clearly asking them not to debit my account that early. Previously they had done the same and I had to pay the unpaid debit fee, so I called in asked on how I could make the missed payment and I was give banking details to do a direct deposit, at the same time I asked that my account be debited on the 28th of every month when I do have funds. I paid that amount into the account they gave me but two days after they went ahead and re-debited my account. Up til now I haven't got my money back. And now again they have debited my account early and its returned. Now I have to pay the Unpaid Dedit Fee of R115.00. This is not fair. If you can do this to me imagine how may others this is happing to. I am not prepared to do a deposit again and then you debit my account again. Clearly there is tons of inexperienced employees that dont log what was said over the phone with us. I need to be sorted out for this as I am not willing to paying R115.00 for the second time because of your inexperience. If I do not get joy with this I will take matters further and move my business elsewhere. And to top it off your sim card loses signal all day.
