Incorrect debit order dates

I am doing business with Getbucks since the beginning of this year (2013). My first experience with them was very disappointing whereby they debited my account on the day before my payday. I called them and spoke to the manager and asked him why they debited my account a day before payday whereby our legal contract stated that my account will be debited on the 20th of that specific month. I mean where would i get money to pay them back on a day before payday if i made a payday loan earlier the month. It resulted in my account having an unpaid debit which reflects as bad account conduct. I spoke to some senior manager and she promised me that it would not happen again and she even sent me an apology letter for my bank in order to rectify their mistake. I applied for another getbuks loan earlier this month and made the payment date the 21-7-2013. My account was debited today 19-7-2013 and there is insufficient funds in my account. My bank will return the debit order again hence it will reflect again as bad account conduct. I never experienced such bad and poor service from any other service provider and its definately the last time I am doing business with them. Their service!
