Unpaid debit order fees due a wrong billing date

I regret doing business with 8ta. I have suspended my my network and I am not using the 8ta sim anymore as result i am just paying the premium till the end of the contract in December 2013. As per agreement I had with 8ta on the day i took the contract the debit order date should be on the 25th monthly. I had no problem with 8ta until Dec 2012 when they did not debit my account on the 25th. How ever I understand it was a holiday. I expected that they will run their billing on the 24th cause there were funds on that day but instead they debited my bank account on the 4th of Jan 2013 7days later. There were no funds on that day and that left me with an unpaid debit order fee of R115. They debited my account again on the 15th of Jan and caused another unpaid debit fee of R115. this has has resulted unto my bank account being in excess thus affecting my credit rating. I contacted 8ta on the 20th of Jan and spoke to Noma Mpofu who asked if I can send her a bank statement so they can look at it and i will be contacted on the 22nd the latest and it never happens i have sent series of email still no reply. Also sent my complain on their site still no answer. I regret having this contract
