I made an internet transfer for R1150.00 to for my dstv subscripion so that my account is in order. My account was still debited on the 3rd June for an amount of R1017.16. If i had known i would never even have paid them early. I have been a really good or loyal customer. Now i have to wait for my own money to be return back into my account. What nonsense is that. My cellphone debit order bounced because of not enough funds in my account cos of the amount that dstv debited my account. Now i am liable for R115.00 unpaid fees in my account. Who the is going to pay for this. I spoke to a consultant but they are just as useless. What pathetic service. I am highly off with the service from multichoice.
