This is the 4TH week - attempt to get some service out of CELL C. I'm out of words as nothing gets done, still waiting for a response on where my phone is? The repair center still states that they have not received the phone to date from the Sandhurst showroom where I have handed the phone in for repairs on the 17th April 2013. Spoke to Chanel Alisa from the Repair Centre 084 176 1089 - She Promises a manager will contact me - with no response.
RefNo PRE 407721. I also have no faith in the response that Cell C provides on hello Peter, as its all empty promises that someone will contact and resolve the issue. NOTHING GETS DONE!!!
I receive phone calls with empty promises and no feedback to date!!!
I WANT MY PHONE BACK ASAP or CELL C needs to provide me with a new IPHONE 4S as it seems that they have lost my phone!!!
If I have to describe CELL C in one word it will be: USELESS
I hope that other people will read this and this will help them to NEVER to do business with Cell C IN ANYWAY!!!
