I got a phone on contract on my annual upgrade a few months after i got the phone it stopped working, i took in for repairs and a few weeks later they told the could not fix it or give me a new phone. it me off cause am still paying a phone thats broken and they claim it stopped working due to water damage. this happened ealier this year.. i think this will be the last time i do business with MTN i even moved to cell c. sadly this my business number and i can not change it. but if nothing is done about this i will be forced to change it. BAD business ethics by MTN i respected them now i don't.
