I swapped my phone subscription from Vodacom to MTN about a year ago. Three months after I received the phone the track-pad on my phone stopped working and it had to go in for repairs for two weeks. MTN refurbished the phone and sent it back. Now in November the track-pad stopped functioning again and had to go in for repairs again. Again it was in for about two weeks of repairs. Now in January the track-pad on my blackberry has stopped working again. Now I must again send it in for repairs. Really guys. If it was going to be this much work to maintain a phone account with you, I would have stuck with Vodacom. When this package is over I will change service providers to someone else who is not so much of an inconvenience and whose technical department can service the phones.
