You guys are failing me, i asked that you check my airtime usage because almost immediately after I load airtime it vanishes. I have bought aritime without going on the internet. I make that one call and it still vanishes, Im not trying to score free airtime here but I am asking you to investigate further because it's not true that the airtime usage is due to internet connection. Why have i not had this problem until the past few months? Another thing I complained about which you fail to address is why are your call centre people cutting me off?? Bad service. Infact, the service I recieved from MTN has been incredibly dissappointing, if my airtime isnt vanishing, my complaints are being ignore or the call centre people hang up! This complaint does not end here...
