I have sent emails from when I have had the phone requesting insurance and a top up option, I was told it would be loaded. Nothing has been done! my bill is now over R3000 and I have been told I cant put a limit on my contract or have a top up option.? I am fed up and have not been assisted once, I have put in numerous complaints...
