I've been getting extremely high bills from MTN for the last 6 (six months). I''ve complained to the East London (EL) MTN office about these high bills and was told that the reason for this was the use of data. I wanted the records of my data usage so that I can see the cause, but have been battling to get them from MTN. EL office said they do not keep data records and referred me another department. I was eventually helped by a lady who sent me a form to fill. I filled this form and returned it to her on 8th April 2013 but still today I've not received anything from MTN and still continue to receive extremely high bills. please assist.
