POOR INFO TO CUSTOME, RESULTING TO HIGH BILLING

I would like to dispute my billing on my cellphone contract. I am an existing client and have upgraded to the Samsung S3 mini. I had taken out the contract in May and have received my first billing yesterday for R1897, which included majority of the billing being high data usage.
I took out the contract at the Nashua Mobile store in Northgate, Randburg. I was advised that this would be a great contract to upgrade to, but wasnt explained on how this Smart phone works especially with the data usage. The phone automatically does software updates that I was billed for but wasnt informed of this as well. I have read the terms and conditions of the contract, which states "I will be liable for any charges on the sim card", but doesnt say anything about the mobile data.
This is totally unfair to me as a consumer. I have called in several times to the customer care line, and every advisor that i spoke to stated that they cannot assist me as I am liable. I requested to speak to a manager, waited for several minutes on the line and still could not get assisted.advisor stated that they would call me back but never did. This is terrible and bad service!!! I need this to be sorted asap.
