Query on huge phone account

I have been a client with Vodacom since February this year. I went to Vodacom because I had endless troubles with my previous service provider. I took 2 contracts: one cellphone contract for R399 per month and a data contract for R349 per month. My total cost would end up to R748 per month, which is easy payable for me. It went well for the first 3 months and spent anything between R748 to R1500 per month. That included extra data costs as I sometimes go over my monthly data limit. I got a huge shock when I received my last cellphone account which was R4287. WHY??? I went to my local Vodacom outlet and spoke to John, the manager. I had to find out why my cellphone account is so high!! He told me that an extra amount of R2800 was added for extra data usage. I didnt know what he was talking about, as I seldom go on the internet AND I have an allowance of 2Gig per month on the internet contract! He told me that I have to be aware that all accounts on the smart phone or tablet gets synced and all data is shared between these accounts. I was unaware of this and nobody discussed this matter with me at any time!!! I have been charged for data that I didn't know of!!! Please contact me!!
