Call centre and courier service!!!

Phoned Vodacom for an upgrade. I advised the lady that I will not take delivery given the indicated turnaround time given to me. So I gave an alternative delivery address with the details of the person who I'd authorise to take the delivery. I was advised that I'd need to give the person a letter of authority together with my ID copy and the authorised person would be required to have their original ID at hand, and I complied with that.
I was called by the courier today advising me that the driver is at the advised address and that he had been waiting at reception. I advised the agent that I am not personally taking delivery as I'd arranged for delivery to the authorised person. The call centre agent asked for a contact number for the person which I provided (should've been on the delivery note based on info to Vodacom on the 15th). He phoned me and said he phoned the authorised person 3 times, a blatant lie, as he phoned twice in a space of about a minute. He then went on to tell me (very rudely) that the driver is leaving and the hung up on me.
Was called again and told that no instruction had been given by Vodacom. Another eg. of great service from Voda. Power to you Vodacom!!!
