I'm very annoyed with the service of your company. I was expecting a delivery and have been tracking it on your system. Not once did your driver contact me with regards to my delivery to arrange a time. It's the second time within 2 months that they fail to delivery or communicate with me. Maybe Vodacom needs to look at an alternative courier service that will deliver to their customers. I've even phoned your Bellville office and spoke to one of the supervisors to say that I won't wait for the delivery, but now I see on the system that it's recorded that could not make contact with me. I would like to know when did the delivery person contact me to arrange a proper and convenient time.
