We were told we had to wait a day or two after our contract expired to phone and cancel, we phoned and we were told that it has been cancelled, however our simcard is still active!!! this needs to be sorte out immediately as we will not be covering any of the fees outside our contract, please can you treat this as urgent and contact us asap.
