I decided to do an upgrade online thinking it would be more convenient but terribly wrong.
After ordering the laptop, i was advised that there was no stock but excepted snd received feedback in this regard. I was advised that i would get delivery after a week.
A week thereafter i still had not received it and phoned the call centre only to be told that the delivery address was incorrect and they were trying to get hold of me however the number they kept calling was for the tablet not my cellphone. No further further attempts were made to call me until i phoned myself.
I then again gave my address and the condultant told me that she would send an e-mail to the department that dispatches to give them the info.
As a precaution i followed up yesterday to find out that no note to say that this was done. The new consultant again took all the info and said she would send an a-mail and that i will get delivery today. I am still waiting for delivery!

On top of it all the new contract was issued and my data bundle was cut in half and i do not have the laptop.

This is unacceptable. Please help otherwise i will have no choice but to go elsewhere.
