This problem is NEVER ENDING!!!
I spoke to Presilla a week ago in connection with my monthly Bill and explained to her that I spoke to a lady called Simone who works with accounts and that she said that I must pay a certain outstanding amount after porting from MTN to Cell C and upgrading, which I did. Presilla then said to me that she would check with Simone and come back to me regarding the OUTSTANDING AMOUNT, WHICH SHE NEVER DID AND TODAY MY PHONE IS SOFT LOCKED!!! I sell farms and cannot make calls!!!
NEVER EVER GO WITH NASHUA MOBILE!!! YOU WILL HAVE ENDLESS PROBLEMS LIKE I AM HAVING!
