I took out a mobile contract from Nashua Mobile for Samsung S4 on a 24 month contract 3 weeks ago. After a week and a half of using the phone, the Phone got soft locked due to airtime credit and Internet credit not loaded on to my Sim card.so i could not make calls, receive calls or use the Internet at all. I phoned the Nashua mobile call centre on Monday 10/15/13 explained the situation to them and the told me.my phone is soft locked and they will be sort it out by Tuesday or Wednesday latest. It was not sorted out.last week Saturday 15/05/13 i went to Nashua mobile Pavilion were i took out the contract explained the situation to the agent and he disabled the soft lock feature and informed me that they will credit my phone with the rest of the data bundle with in 12-24 hours.still has not been done for a week now 21/05/13 still cant make calls receive email or use the Internet.
