I need to know what is happening with this account as I've asked Vincent Mbonani from Nashua Mobile to send me a Certificate of Balance on the 11th of December 2012 and the amount outstanding was R1 323.19, I've requested again the amount that is owed from Musa (Nashua Mobile) on the 6th of May 2013 and as per Nashua Mobile system it was still the same. Musa advise that the handover amount was R5 523.19 and requested that I need to phone your debt collectors. I spoke to Titus (Debt Collector) regarding the account and he advised me that the handover amount was R10 474.06 and I still owe R2 974.09 as I already paid R7 500, somewhere there is a huge mistake.

I need feedback urgently as at the moment I've sent 5 mails and spent probably more than 2 hours on the phone to sort this out.
