NAZLIE BECHOR IS VERY RUDE & UNHELPFUL

My debit order with Nashua in August last year did not go through because I had changed jobs so they deleted my account details since then I've been paying Nashua via electronic transfers because they refused to debit my account. I have not been receiving statements from Nashua so I consulted with Lehlohonoro from their Braamfontein branch who told me my installment at any given time will be not more than R450. On the 31st of October I paid R460 but on the 7th of November I was soft locked, I called and was told I had an outstanding balance of R367, I then asked the gentleman if I could pay for everything in January since my finances were not in order and he agreed. Yesterday I got a sms saying I owed R2263, even though my phone was soft locked and I couldn't make calls. I called and spoke to one very rude Nazlie who refused to give me a breakdown of that ridiculous amount, I asked for a statement to be emailed but she refused, she told me she was tired of poor people that take contracts and then fail to pay for them. We fought on the phone for about 20 minutes and she hung up. A few minutes later R2237 was taken from my account by Nashua mobile tho I was still querying the bill
