My mother, a pensioner, has realised that she never has any airtime left on her phone. She then purchases R60 and then when she wants to make a call the money is gone again. After approaching MTN they informed her that she "subscribed" to a service that takes R10 per day!!! She never subscribed to such a service, she in fact always deletes all these ads that get sent to her phone.
She contacted Mira Networks and they told her that they only collect the money for Stormy Alerts. They provided her with a number, 087 550 2269 but as can be assumed there is an answering service that makes you hold forever and then comes back and says that no operators

So unless this is going to be paid back to her. she is going to find a way to take these people down.
