I notice an amount deducted from my phone account. Funny just after billing month started I only pick up the deductions with the next moths bill. R10@ day x 4 week
Mira Network is just helpful up to a point. The tell nr supplied for Stormy Alters was not in service at this moment, they said they only do the billing if I want my money refunded I must contact Stormy Alerts, Honolux. 087 550 2269 (service is not available)
SMS I received from Mira Nedworks, you request to unsubscribe from Stormy Alerts 44539ZA. You Fef is 2110509. (How does this help me get my money back)
Please help in getting my money back. Mira Network deducted the money why can they not refund me.
