Mira Networks has repeatedly illegally deducted hundreds of rand from my MTN cellphone airtime, . MTN Constantia Village on my behalf telephoned Mira last week and requested I be unsubscribed. I am confused as to how and why I was "subscribed" in the first place as I never requested this "service". How can this organisation take my money without my permission? And after receiving an sms from Mira confirming that I was now "unsubscribed", they immediately continued to clear out my airtime. I have today (19th January) at MTN Constantia blocked my cell phone number as I do not wish to lose more money. This has a negative impact on my business as my clients can now not get hold of me. I am now quite a few hundred rand poorer and would like Mira Networks to return my money forthwith and with immediate effect unsubscribe me FOREVER from their network.
