Incorrect Debit order amount

I have placed a complain 4 weeks back & i was told my matter has been resolved by Veronica, BIS will be cancelled... that is why my installment is high. I am still sitting with an incorrect debit order amount of R478 instead of R400 from June until today. I need refund from June until november, i have been buying data bundle myself from june until today, but mtn claimed they took out BIS amount & my installment will go down.
