Confusion and accumulation of strange amounts

Around the 7th of june one of the consultants from hifinance called me regarding an account i have with them. i asked them for the settlement amount. He instead just sent me an installment amount. a week later another consultant called me and she informed that i just had to pay about 146 and on the 25th of june they would debit the 250 and that would settle and close my account. she said i could not settle it once because they had already loaded their debit orders. today i decided to all hifinance to ask why the debit order was not done and i was told that there is another amount of close to 400rands that i must pay for? can one tell me how 250 rands suddenly becomes 400rands over night? i asked them if i can have the contact details of their head office or someone who can at least respond to me and the lady said they struggle to get hold of the call centre. in addition she put me on hold without telling me and i was on hold for 20 mins while she carried on with her business until i put the phone down. in addition this account was supposed to be paid for over 18months and one incompetent person put it down for 24months when i asked for the original contract i never received a copy
