3 June 2013:
I placed an order, which I then cancelled online, but there was a problem and made a telephonic cancellation
Received an e-mail to say order was to be dispatched 7 June 2013
Sent enquiry about order (thought order still went through as amount was deducted and despatch email was sent to me)
13/14 June - 5 July:
Consultant relayed correct info regarding the telephonic cancellation, and informed of refund that would occur
Incorrect refund amount reimbursed to my account profile
Enquired about outstanding balance - had to explain about outstanding amount
6 July: Consultant confirmed outstanding amount was going to be added to my profile account
12 July: Sent another enquiry about amount to be rectified, and waiting for response - no update to account amount
Because of this whole process, I have missed out on a camera special, as I wanted the amount to be amended before placing the order. Generally, Kalahari has been effortless, but this has been an unnecessary process of more than a month! Why is it so much of an issue to just rectify the amount that was taken off my credit card and why does it have to take this long?!
