Incorrect Debit

Hi

In June this year, I paid the last amount on my student loan and thus the monthly debits from my account stopped. FNB also confirmed that June would be my last installment date.

However, this month I was randomly billed again for the amount of R952.22.
I'd like to know why a debit was made off my account for a student loan that I've paid off?
The reference number on the debit is STUDENT LN009842 000036 131024

I expect a refund asap and assurance that this wont happen again next month!
Ive mailed the FNB at [Email Removed] on 31 Oct and received no response.

Please fix this! Thanks
