Incorrect billing & debit orders

When taking out an additional contract 3 months ago, I was put on incorrect contract by Teepee. We then went to the same outlet and was assisted by the branch manager-Ann Alberts. She rectified the contract, and a incorrect charge had to be rectified. When we received statement 2 weeks later, it was still the incorrect amount of R1539.67 instead of R965.00 with previous 2 contracts and additional contract. I was then told by Mrs Alberts she can not change the debit order on such short notice. We would have to allow this debit order to go through, The debit order was rejected by my account because I only had the correct amount in my account. Ithen had to pay the correct amount in directly into 8ta ABSA account. She assured me that all will be sorted out thereafter.

Now, after one months my statement still with the incorrect amount and was debited with the incorrect amount AGAIN!!! This has not been rectified. And once again I have a declined debit order reflecting om my bank account. With this I cannot apply for car finance.

You will see this is not the first time I am having trouble with the same thing. Please help rectify this problem urgently before lines are suspend!
